The Training and Placement Cell (TPC) is the good platform of our college for interaction between students and various companies, business organizations  and banks since June 2011. TPC helps to desired final year students  to get suitable job after completion of their program. However, the training and grooming commences from the every first year. Spotting talent, classification, working on the strengths and weaknesses of students have been the hallmark of our endeavors. TPC conducts the various Training programs, career guidance sessions and mock interviews to enhance soft skills and overall personality development of students in association with industry, business experts  and academic experts for final year students and passed out bathes also. Invitation Letters/e-mails are sent to various companies, business organizations and banks for conducting campus recruitment drives. The internships are also provided to the interested students to boost their confidence to become ready for job. The Students are given professional trainings such as communication skills, Interview skills, personality development time management and stress management skills to make able to the students to adapt the different work cultures and environments. The teachers also  prepare the company profile to assist students to understand the work culture and job pre requisites.

The Training and Placement Cell (TPC) takes every effort every  day to bridge the gap between the dreams and capabilities of our college students. The different companies have also approached us regarding campus recruitment drives. They acknowledged and admired our efforts for providing them with best of the talents. Renowned Companies and banks  like Samsung, Ornet, Axis Bank, HDFC, ICICI, IDBI, etc. have visited our college and conducted campus recruitment drives.
